Gus, I am still a little confused on the proessor areas and the areas that Werner pointed out. You noted a few posts back that you have addressed these issues but your plan doesn't indicate that. If anything you have introduced a new wall in the administration area which will cut further into the SF for that space. Is that what the seond floor is going to be? I am a little confused maybe on the changes that have taken place. Can you call out what they are when you post the image? It is hard with such limited time to spend extensive time on reviewing each other's projects and spend enough time designing our own. If you can call out the revisions that would help so much! Thanks! Keep up the good work.
I like the organization of your site plan. It makes a lot of sense to me and feels right for the space and building you have designed. I wonder, do you want to allow some of your landscaping to be more free formed? It might reflect some of the free forms you are creating with your roofs, relative heights of vegetation? A more organic flow? Don't want you to change anything drastic this week... just questions that came up looking at your site plan.
