Second Round

One step closer to the completion of the first assignment

Again in an effort to try to bleed the concepts learned in 1st semester, I am including a statement originated by my initial stages of detonating concepts

Gus,
The Concept of " Constant Evolution and Potential Growth" you raise in your description.
ia a very insightful and
avant garde way of thinking, that i think it would be a very succesful key in your work.
I am looking for more and more....

Gus,
I am really intrigued by your poetic approach to this program. You have mentioned last semester many times in your posts so far. I wouldn’t get too bogged down in the mapping exercise as this semester is flying by already!!! Where did the first week go to? Maybe because we started on a Wednesday? Anyway, I wanted to ask you about the third idea in your statement. The idea of growth. Is this referring to being able to grow in the future? I have thought about this and want to make sure it is possible. We all know that this program will take off in the future. I also am struggling with the ideas of what this space is utilized for when it is not occupied by the distance students. Will the classrooms still be used by local BAC students? Will the living areas be rented out or utilized by visiting professors. Just some thoughts that have been running through my head and I thought you may be thinking about as well with your word growth. Any thoughts on these?

Gus,

I think we have all become quite intrigued by your mention of growth and the evolving building. I recently picked up the book titled "How buildings learn: What happens after they're Built". Your description seems to be along this line of thinking...
It will be inspiring to see how you create your evolving building.
